George Dionne interviews STRYPER frontman MICHAEL SWEET about their latest album ‘Throne of Thorns’ for KNAC.COM. The album is set for release on September 25, 2025 through Frontiers Music. Sweet also released a solo album earlier this year entitled ‘The Master Plan’, plus he appears on ‘II’, the sophomore effort by Melodic Rock supergroup ICONIC.
“That’s the goal and that’s the plan, to do three STRYPER albums in January [2027], and release them every couple of years… Get us while you can. Get me while I can still sing how I sing now, cuz in two years I may not be singing like I’m singing.” – Michael Sweet
